I have one. In my mouth. Top right hand side. Front of gum.

Could this be related to the fact that I brushed my teeth with bicarb of soda this morning?  eeek:

Tune into "Check up" on R4 right now and ask the doc.

 
Mind you, it seems to be about foot fungi but I'm sure they'll understand

I was given some treatment by a dental hygienist once. Blonde hair, green eyes, soft Irish brogue and a spectacular future in front of her.  I could have sat in the chair for hours  eyes:
