Have you noticed that most of our winners so far have been the product of "Private" schools?  whistle:

Bit like Chariots of Fire all over again. Remember the bit where Lord Lindsay was practising the hurdles; his butler put a glass of champers on top of each hurdle...

I'm looking forward to the Pryce v Cammarelle boxing match on Friday. Cammarelle's 2nd deserves a medal on his own for a fine display of Italian posturing, gesturing and remonstrating. When Cammarelle returns to his corner his 2nd shouts at him, waves his arms around and stomps about...
One to watch  ;)

Now SIXTEEN GOLDS

Quote
Christine Ohuruogu's stunning 400m victory brought Team GB's gold medal haul to 16 as Britain sealed their best Olympic performance for a century.

AND another Silver

Quote
Ohuruogu's win followed a silver medal for high jumper Germaine Mason.

WITH 2 guaranteed Bronzes in the boxing to come ~ they may convert to silver or even gold.

They're probably still cleaning up that one the England cricket team used when they won the Ashes  ;D

Or they have to re-programme the congestion zone scameras to let it pass without picking up a huge fine... after all, once the £9.3billions are spent there will be no more...  noooo:
