At present, the only reason to be cheerful I have is that I am not dead.
I think my cat wants to kill me...

Reason not to be cheerful:

I'm off to meeting with our insurance broker and a couple of insurance company reps shortly.

DULL, DULL, DULL.

Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

You are so cynical Snoops  ;D......a bit of heat stroke does not cloud my judgement  rubschin:

And the alcohol doesn't either?

Fraid I was really wimpy when it came to the drinks - they were so bloody strong  - so no huge hangovers for me in the sun. The absolute perfect example of moderate british behaviour   angel1

I would happily swap this dismal weather for a hangover in the sun.

Reason to be cheerful.

I survived the meeting. (just  eeek:)

Even the rep prefaced a couple of remarks with "I know this is a bit dull but..."
