I'm not surprised. When we took over a pub the private accommodation had polaroids of the previous Landlord's wife, in the buff, stuck all over the bathroom walls.

Can't say that it impressed Mrs Snoopy#2 very much. The wife called round to collect them about a month later, she said her husband had forgotten to take them down and was too embarrassed to come and ask for them. She, on the other hand, didn't bat eyelid, even when she discovered that they were still stuck to the wall  whistle:
