So what does Birmingham look like?

It seems that council chiefs in Birmingham (West Midlands UK) do not know what their own city looks like and have authorised the use of a picture showing Birmingham Alabama USA on the front of a glossy publication advertising the benefits of their grime encrusted sh*thole.
