It (the link) brought back strange memories for me  confused:

First time I ever went to the Phil was after an outing to the the John Moore's. The art tutor was pissed off that his mate, a certain J.Lennon had made it and he hadn't  rubschin:  It was a long time ago in another century.

So anyway, what were we talking about?  rubschin:

Cakes? Fish?

Ah yes, musical pubs. Where is the Philarmonic? I've fallen out of most boozers in the city centre.

I like 'The Dispensary' and I really enjoyed the 'The White Star' on Mathews Street.  cloud9:

Apart from the bloke that kept coming in & trying to sell me batteries, fags, socks & one time Bernard Mathews frozen turkey joints.  eeek:

We could make a movie "Mrs TG Comes Home".

Prolly be best in Black n White ~ more atmospheric. Sort of like "A Taste of Honey" or "Saturday Night & Sunday Morning" you know ~ gritty, full of pathos and reality stuff.
