One of the worst aspects is that she is a trainee nurse. Surely she must know what damage she is doing to herself. 
I wouldn't fancy her attending to me in the event I needed hospitalisation - she looks like she'll keel over from a heart attack soon and I would end up getting crushed to death.
Isn't that some kind of fetish?
