I use this for business purposes as do most people I do business with. It is a good way of informing your whole address book of any changes and can be configured to let you know who has taken the information on board and who you need to 'phone. Some people, of course, need to be hit round the head repeatedly with a wet fish before they realise that they need to change their address book. Plaxo will change other users address books automatically whilst telling them of the change.
