I have no idea ~ I do not use anything virgin for other than the original purpose ~ deflowering  eyes:

Perhaps nobody has sent you an email.
Have you tried both PC and Lap-top? Maybe one will work and one not ~ it happens.
Try sending me an email and I'll PM you when/if it arrives
Try sending yourself one and see if it works.
If not then check you email configuration.

This is not the first time this has happened with your email system.

Last resort reset your PC to a previous date/time when it was working.


OR Phone Virgin and ask them.

That will teach you to trust a company formed by the man who unleashed Tubular Bells onto an unsuspecting world ~ an act for which, in former days, Branson would have been burnt at the stake and rightly so IMHO.
