Review your options.

An hour talking to India at local call rates

Setting up a new email account with another provider ~ and informing everyone who has your email address of the new one + costs of changing business stationery

Forget it and tell everyone of your web-based account and hope you don't lose too much business + costs of changing business stationery

Just a though Nick, but check to see if you can skype them. A couple of firms use direct access through their website. You may find it easier and cheaper then trying to ring india.
