Well knoock me down, I've had a reply complete with some nice 'holiday snaps' of the back of me car.

They state that the scamera is only for the purpose of identifying the car, and will probably be of no use to me for the purpose of identifying the driver at said time of offence, so can I therefore supply the name address and d.o.b. of all possible drivers on that day. ::)

Yes, no problem, but what are you then going to do ? Prosecute the pair of us? ::)

I'm on a mission demanding proof, and will go to any length to obtain what I'm entitled to, or don't human rights exist for motorists?

They need to spend more time sorting out these 'boy racers' around here (and nationwide) at night time, or is that too much like hard work?

Yes, it is... Far better to nick a 'murderer' doing 41mph in a 40mph limit that used to be 60mph...  noooo:

Crosses my mind regulary ,yes, like most others I suppose.

You never crept slightly over the 30 limit on a quiet road to say...37 mph then,  angel1  or p'raps you've just been lucky and never had your car 'zapped'?

TBH I haven't had a speeding ticket since 1997. I am no  angel1 but I am probably lucky. Also I don't do many miles these days so the odds are in my favour.

At one time I used to collect parking fines like they were going out of fashion.

The last time I was nicked was when I was 21, and that was a fair cop, doing 41 in a 30 limit, and too dozy to notice the rozzer standing at the side of the road.
The last time I was stopped was 20 years ago for having a side light out, that miraculously came back on when I booted it.
Still got a producer though. ::)
