Same as usual. Horrid.

And now my neighbour comes a - knocking asking me for £100!!

Why? He has organised the whole road into paying for our road to be resurfaced. Everyone else has consented (he claims) so I have had to promise to stump up.After the job is done of course.

Say no ~ become a pariah. What are they going to do? ~ Since you live at the entrance they can hardly resurface the whole road and leave out the bit by your house. Tell 'em to feck off. You still have right of access. The law is on your side. eveilgrin:
