Crazy statements on labels

Bought a new battery for the track day beast yesterday, you know, spending MY money before the beast gets her claws on anymore of it, and on the label listing its 'technical features', it proudly states that it's got........."STARTING POWER"!   eeek:
WOW, I'm so relieved.
 
For one moment I thought I might have purchased one of these new green batteries that don't actually do anything at all, you know, to help save the planet and stuff like. ::)

Just been overtaken on the motorway by a Group 4 security van with a big "No Hand Signals" sign on the back...  ::)

Wells Fargo used to have that on their security vans too.

I saw one in the City of London once and some wit had written in the dirt beneath the "No Hand Signals" sign the words ~ "Smoke Signals Only"

It's about this time of year that we start seeing 'more drops than santa' scrawled on the back of home shopping delvery vans.

The labels on some of my boxer shorts advises to "Keep away from fire" 

I'm glad it's there, as I had assumed they would protect the jewels should I ever decide to douse them in petrol and set them alight...for a laugh like...

Are they EVER going to finish those ongoing and ever moving roadwerks ey? ::)

The new intersection at Deeside/Queensferry is nearly finished however, and IS looking very good for rush hour jam reduction.
Over 2 years of roadwerk chaos is drawing to a close.

There is much more to come if Flintshire County Council get their way with two socking great "Transport Hubs" at the Caerwys turn off. The additional work to widen roads, exits etc and the resulting additional traffic when it opens will spoil several hundred acres of prime grazing land, right on the edge of an "Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty"
