I have a recipe for Pumpkin and Ginger Soup ~ I use it every year when hollowing out a pumpkin for the kids to carve a face in. We freeze the soup and reheat it on Bonfire night.

I used to have a handle on life but it broke.

I have a great recipe for Parkin, must dig it out. I tried one from Morrisons last week, to treacle-ey
