Well... that would seem an obvious answer but I've read the bloody (English) manual and everything...

I thought for a while that I might have a duff pot of paint but the temporary werking of the machine the other day rules that out...

I'm buggered if I can see what I might be doing wrong...  Shrugs:

Yes...

They told us to shake and stir the paint in case it was a dodgy paint like...  noooo:

They are calling back in ten... I've shaken the bloody stuff 'til I'm dizzy...

Just preparing you for the call from the Dulux helpline. Alternatively it does sound like the pump isnt strong enough to force the paint through the pipe. Have you thought about trying to manually pump the paint through first and seeing what that does, after all having read this thread so far you seem one hell of a sucker...  whistle:

Could it be something to do with the heat having changed the viscosity of the paint?

NO IT COULDN'T!  Angry9:

If your remember, PaintPod #2 pumped the paint perfectly but couldn't pump water...  ::)

PaintPod #1 and PaintPod #3 can't pump the paint but can pump water...

It's perfectly simple if you pay attention...

This saga has gone on for so long that I can't possibly be expected to remember all the details.

The heat may cause the paint to seperate if it has been left standing for long enough but as BM has apparently been shaking and stirring it that shouldn't be a problem.

Have you tried putting the pump higher then the roller?
