The painting is going on the ceilings, on the walls and mostly on the Barman.

Finished another en-suite yesterday, starting another bedroom this arvo...

I've been to the shops today to buy more paint... and a new ladder... and a new towel rail...  noooo:

In the DIY shop choosing a towel rail that matched the old one (LL broke it) and the assistant wanders up...

Assistant: Can I help you sir?
Barman: I want one of these towel rails but this one has the fixings missing from the pack
Assistant: [blank]
Barman: You see, this one (takes another from the rail) has the two fixy-brackety things for fixing it to the wall... this one doesn't...
Assistant: [blank]
Barman: This one (points) has both the brackets and the screws see... I'll take this one...
Assistant: Do you need anything else?
Barman: No, this is fine thanks... (walks away)
Assistant (puts towel rail with missing bits back on shelf)
Barman: doh:
