3 bedrooms
3 bathrooms
1 cinema
1 lounge/diner
1 wall on the landing (because of spilt wine like)

That only leaves: -
1 bedroom
1 bathroom
1 guest bog
1 landing/stairwell  scared2:
1 Entrance hall
1 Kitchen
1 Utility room
1 stairwell to basement
1 basement office
