I didn't put the pecan there on purpose! I was chopping them and a bit flew up and hit me! sad24:

I never chop pecans. Buy halves for decorating cakes otherwise place in a plastic bag and hit them with a rolling pin. This method works also for walnuts, brazil nuts and hazel nuts.  Better than getting bits in your eyes.  whistle:
