Hormones were involved. I wanted icecream, the good stuff not the cheap stuff. I was even willing to pay for it myself! She said no. I still maintain that I wasn't hysterical and the slap wasn't necessary. I may have been throwing a strop though.  redface: Not one of my finest moments.  redface:

My Dad always encouraged me to look at them as harmless old perverts.  ;D

The amount of mates he used to have that would pop round on a Friday night when they knew my friends and I would be getting ready for night out.  noooo:

I am reminded of the time MrsS#1 heaved a heavy glass ashtray (this was the seventies) at my head and cried buckets because I ducked and the ashtray hit the wall and broke. That was my fault ~ still is according to our daughter (AKA the conduit of conversation between us)
