Do any of them have showers ...that's the thought that seems to be preoccupying me most at the moment , as in how do I freshen up before getting home afterwards ?

Finish off wiv a swim in the sea ~ It's free and very refreshing at this time of the year.  ;)

There is a bloke at work who lives down that way. He is a grumpy ol bastard and gives it the large at work except when he speaks to his wife and has a complete personality transplant. We have often tried to meet his wife just so we can dob him in  lol:

I have threatened to turn up at his doorstep breathless and sweaty for him  lol:.

Well that should go down well!

Seriously tho' ~ the baths are only 5 minutes from the Sea Front ..... worth a thought.

There used to be Turkish Baths near the Royal Pavilion but I think they closed down some years ago.

There are free showers along the sea front, for bathers like, but they might be a bit chilly.

I'm sure the Brat will be on the finishing line with one of those silver thermal blanket things and a flask of hot soup for you.
