I have ice packs. 10 mins in every hour. Walking for 10 mins every hour. It seems to be easing now, haven't had another spasm so fingers crossed it was just a one off.

At your age you need to take care for the long term.  whistle:

Spend as much as you can afford on your bed and your shoes ~ if you are not in one you are in the other.

Isn't it "on your bed or in your shoes"  or are those things different in Wales as well?

I believe the original advice came from the Duchess of Devonshire however all I can find with a quick Google is this:
