I was just speaking to a mate of mine and mentioned Orphan Annies going for a shiter......He has got over 3,500 'bonus points' (35,000 Euros of shopping through the company) with them, I doubt it that they will let him 'cash' them in.  noooo:

He is going up there now....He is not the calmest chap I have met when it comes to munney and those points equate to 350 Euros of shopping, there could be fireworks. Popcorn:

Shite shops anyway.

They have been in decline for a while. Closing their stores in Paphos gradually. The one opposite The Welcome Inn is going to be a Chillys.

Rumour has it that blokes with 'Tesco' clipboards were walking around the big one at The Paphos Mall.

Yes, we stopped shopping there when the local Papas opened... so we don't have any Bonus card points in the scheme either (we cashed-up when they changed schemes and didn't get the new card)...

They turned the local pool shop here into a Chillys (opens this weekend) but there is no parking and Papas is just down the road so I don't hold out much hope for them  - unless they are really cheap...

As for Pafos Mall - I was told that was 'definitely' going to be Tesco when they were building it -  I was quite disappointed when it wasn't... I can't see them opening one store here tho - they'd have to come big style like Lidl or not....

Apparently the grim reaper is hovering outside HMV again

Better offload my pure points PDQ then.  rubschin:

Surprised they didn't come to a big stop earlier given all the exposure of their flash shops. Still no good bellowing about it, they have enough on their plates.
