All right ~ I'll play the game ~ It is all about continual professional development ~ usually further in-school traning sessions that are most often used to introduce the latest bollox ideas and instructions from the LEA or Government ~ as if earning your living the way you do you didn't know that.
I used to have a handle on life but it broke.

Thing is most teachers don't want them either. But the schools are required to have x amount per year.
