The mayor of New York is hailing the pilot of the crashed plane a "hero"Was he being heroic or just 'doing his job'.Surely a hero is someone who risks their own life to save others. He was saving his own life and incidently saved everyone else.
Agreed - however I will lump on the praise on him he merits as I can't remember a time when I have heard of a large plane crash when all the passengers have survived
First crash on water I ever heard of where anyone survived. I think he did well
Mr Bloomberg said the writer Ernest Hemingway has defined heroism as "grace under pressure".
The Boy has a new piece for his piano. I hear it 20 times a day.Click here http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=ykRZbOb1c5c
