Also worth remembering that if you've been on antibiotics they are a depressant too.

I refuse to take antibiotics, so it's not that. Medicine comes in a pint glass...

Have to go and visit my friend in the hospice today - went last week and she was fairly coherent , but told today her death is imminent.

She has fought long and hard against her battle with cancer but she is still comparitively young.

Her husband is Australain and all is family are over there - hence he has leaned on us quite a lot. To see others in such pain ,physically and emotionally is so bloody hard.
