A bit of unrest at last?
« on: January 30, 2009, 09:37:01 AM »
Driving home earlier the Today programme reported that reports were coming in of police being called to deal with demonstrations at various industrial plants consequent on the 'Jobs for Italians' scandal in Humberside

Ah, here it is:

It's hard to tell - but certainly support for the action is growing.

Gormless Bruin is making a speech from Davos - his mobile phone just went off. Tit.  point:

Good ~ now let's burn a few Italian lorries on the motorways ~ if there are no Italian lorries around anything with a foreign number plate will do.

I may not like the French much but they do know how to make a point when it comes to self protection. eveilgrin:

Can't post the link as it probably won'yt work for you's...AOhellL shite. sick2:

Earlier, as thousands of workers at sites including power stations and oil refineries took unofficial strike action, Prime Minister Gordon Brown was told his phrase about creating British jobs for British workers had come back to "haunt him".
There was speculation the dispute will escalate on Monday and spread "like wildfire" across the country if the deadlock is not broken.

I'm quite looking forward to this tbqh.
Civil disobedience on the way nationwide, at last?

These smug thieving bastards in power have had it their own way for far too long.

Let's get the ball rolling and show them we've had enough. cussing:
