Seems that others are saying what we have been saying

Shame it had to be a short arsed frenchman but nevertheless. 

Nicolas Sarkozy, the French President, has accused Gordon Brown of ruining Britain's economy and vowed not to repeat his mistakes in a frank interview which has sparked a cross-channel diplomatic row.

There was a previous short arsed french man who caused problems years ago, in a battle who would win, the one-eyed jock or the short arsed froggie?
