We have a lot of dried lavender which is said to have sleep inducing/relaxation properties. Many people put some in their pillowslip. Want some?

She says she will make it up for you this evening and post it tomorrow. Just slip it under your pillow and let the soothing aroma drift you off to sleep ~ or if you are like me, sneeze all night. sad24:

The THW is in London today with her GCSE English class ~ they set off from Prestatyn by coach at 0630 and are expected back at about midnight. They are at the Duke of York's to see "View from the Bridge" which is their play for the exam apparently. Given the level of understanding of the average 15 year old nowadays I suspect many will fail dismally ~ or the questions will be so "scaffolded" as to allow a chimp to gain a 'C'

Just because you sleep like a baby is no reason to mock the afflicted!
