My first wife had a good method of getting off to sleep. I only had to whisper sweet nothings in her ear or stroke her thigh and she was out like a light  evil:

I sleep like a baby generally.

Wake up at 3AM, soiled and hungry?

I was going to offer but the fear was he might take me up on the offer and frankly I just don't fancy him.

Check on iplayer to see if last night's Horizon is on there yet. You may find that enlightening.

I can't tell you that much about it as I dozed off before the end.  whistle:
Just watched this on Sky+

An interesting programme spoilt by 'clever' camera shots and editing...

RIP Horizon...

As for interpreting your dreams  ~ that belongs to a phycologist and most of them don't believe in the interpretation theories anyway.

It depends on how you look at it hound. The fortune telleresque interpretations are just pure hokum but recent research does appear indicate that dreams are a subconscious mirror of your conscious mind. you can look at the elements of the story to get an idea of what is goin on in that person's head.

If the nightmares are all of a similar vein then I would hazard a guess that you are worried about a group or an entity that directly affects you but you have no control over at present.
'kin hell!! Entities eh? I have had recurring dreams about losing things, woss that all about eh?

If you tried the passiflora don't give up on it because it didn't work. Like all herbal stuff it has to build up.
