Local faces jail

Mrs Growler has just pointed this out as a warning to me:

Can't paste and copy it, as it's in the local rag, but a bloke near here is facing a minimum of 3 months in jail for brandashing and threatening to use a base ball bat at a gang of yobs that smashed up his kiddies goal posts in his garden, and then dropped their kecks at his young daughters.
Unfortunately for this poor sod who is in full time employment (for now) ,threatened the wrong yobs (alledgedly) who then reported him to the plod as they were 'terrified' apparently, so they say.
Sentencing has been adjourned until March 2nd, but he's been warned he will be facing a custodial sentence.

Life is not fair at all ~ In Nulabour's Utopian version of this once Great Country of ours if you behave like a mouse you will become a victim and they will do sod all to help you except send you a stupidly condescending letter offering you counselling ~ which means some well meaning daft bint with dirty toenails and an Indian print skirt will sit and talk to you with her head tipped to one side and then ask you to sign a form saying that she has "helped" you.
If, on the other hand, you fight back with whatever means you can lay your hands or even tongue to you become a criminal and "liable to a custodial sentence".

We need a revolution angry037 very f*cking soon!

Been saying this for years Snoops, but we ALL need to stand and fight together. It won't happen sadly as we are a nation of 'roll over and tickle me tummies' and MICE. evil:

Of course if this chap did threaten the wrong people then he is entirely in the wrong.

True, IF he tackled the wrong louts, yes. But who are we to believe?
The only other option is to sit back and do nowt, or ring the plod and wait and wait and wait and wait
