What a staggeringly inept idea by the Porridge Wogs.

Social Groups that are, in my experience, most likely to abuse Alcohol and Drugs:
In the lead: Doctors
In 2nd Place: Politicians
In 3rd Place: Police Officers (who are leaders in the Domestic Abuse table)

Politicians pay no duty on alcohol purchased for consumption on or off the premises at any of the many "licensed" bars within the Houses of Parliament and I assume the same rules apply within the confines of both the Scottish and Welsh Assemblies. Why do they get this perk? Well in fact the premises (bars) within the HoP are on "Crown Property" and thus not subject to taxes or duty on alcohol. Basically, although they have taken away our "Duty Free" allowances on trips to France etc, they have kept the priviledge for themselves.

Mind you ~ If the Scots Nats do manage to force this through they'll not get elected again ~ ever!
I used to have a handle on life but it broke.

Just you, or is that more widely perceived?

I perceive it, although he did omit the Judiciary.

Good job too.

You'd be in Broadmoor or Botany Bay if he was.
