He's not telling you about the 360 degree rotational webcams, the audio feed from Radio Limassol (innit), the mini plasma screen link to the home cinema, state of the art Dyson drying vents and the varied dispensers of shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, goat lotion, prophylactics, enemas, nail cremes, nail files, pumice stones and sachets of Japanese green tea....

Well he wouldn't, would he.

The bits. All neatly unpacked like...

The space.

Ready to go.

Much coughing and spluttering later...

Hole and pipe all neatly prepared...

New tray, all ready to go in like...

Clearly a lot of filler will be needed to cover up those "errors".

I rephrase my original question ~ why are you plainly not fitting this new shower where the old one, that you told us you had taken out, used to be?
I used to have a handle on life but it broke.

Ah, I'd forgotten your question Hound...

The old shower was a stand-alone 'cubicle' shower with a steam generator and other useless paraphernalia built in... It was shite so I took it to bits and dumped it up the tip...

Unfortunately, because it was free-standing (you could literally move it around the room) the drain pipe in ther floor didn't match up with any other shower tray on the planet... OK?

Another 'feature' of the cubicle shower you will note is that the taps are just a few inches from the floor - another obstacle that I will seamlessly overcome...  whistle:

No ~ those are not taps ~ they are water inlet pipes ~ the intention is that you connect other pipes to them and the result is that you can transport water to whatever height your water pressure will allow. I have yet to meet a property where the water doesn't enter at ground level.

FFS this project is doomed from the start.

Oh gawd...  ::)

I think you'll find the 'water inlet pipes' have taps on them... or perhaps they are water regulator valves or some such...  noooo:

I have always thought that the worst thing about drowning was having to call 'help!' You must look such a fool. It's put me against drowning.
