Fibonacci numbers and the golden triangle!

I am at the moment trying to complete a photography course, I have just learnt that the golden triangle is not a poppy growing area in Afghanistan, well, it might be but prior to that it was a mathematical equation, math was never a strong subject of mine, hence I struggle with this and my head hurts.... any shortcuts?  Not to the whole head hurting thing, 2 bottles of Pinot Grigio, I am sure will sort that out and I am quite certain  that I can do that on my own....
I have always thought that the worst thing about drowning was having to call 'help!' You must look such a fool. It's put me against drowning.

I have some vague memory of Fibonacci and the structure of snail shells and the like, but what on earth has it to do with photography unless you are just taking pictures of molluscs?

The Fibonacci numbers are 0, 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, ... (add the last two to get the next)
The golden section numbers are 񵩚1803 39887... and 񵽆1803 39887...

The golden string is 1 0 1 1 0 1 0 1 1 0 1 1 0 1 0 1 1 0 1 ...
a sequence of 0s and 1s that is closely related to the Fibonacci numbers and the golden section.
Oh good grief I pop out, as it were, for a moment to look at the above and what happens............

You should be amazed and bedazzled, as I waZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
