She says you'd like it ~ It is a lovely beaded fairy with wild pink hair. I'll post a piccy when it's done. ::)

Recipe for Hot Buttered Crumbs (Hot Crossed Buns) I now hand over to SWWLTBO who will type her recipe.

You need 250ml of room temperature water, about 50 gramms of butter (unsalted is good but not entirely necessary), a pinch of salt, 440gramms of strong white bread flour, a sachet of yeast, 50gramms of mixed dried fruit and a teaspoon of mixed spices.  Put the whole lot into the breadmaker on "Dough".  When it is mixed, divide the dough up into buns and glaze them with a sugar and water glaze.  Add the pastry cross and it will stick to the glaze.  Bake them in a hot oven for about 10minutes or so, until they are cooked.  They are really good especially hot from the oven with too much butter and a cup of extra chocolatey hot chocolate with cream on top.  Enjoy!!

Alternatively Snoopy's recipe for Hot Cross Bunnies is to pour a kettle of boiling water down their warren

PS: Mixed peel is an optional extra that we don't like or use in the buns.

We will make a loaf of Barman's Beautiful Bread ~ TOMORROW. Banghead

Reason = because we have enough bread made to last until tomorrow and the whole point of making your own bread is that it is fresh!!!!
