I know ~ another reason for choosing the location.  ::)

See other locations of Educational Nature on the plan
Waltham Abbey (Henry VIII had a gunpowder factory there)
Dedham Mill (Constable ~ Haywain etc)
The Whole of London (Just down the road)
Etc Etc Etc.

That's 1 hell of a week you've got planned  eeek:

Of course it is. Children need to be occupied every waking moment or they get bored.
Those who live in and work around London miss so much because they see it every day. My boys have not yet seen any of it.
Mrs S#2 and I lived there too and we want to share some of the joys with the children.
At home they have mountains (halfway up one of which we live) Miles of sandy beaches less than three miles away by car and visible from their bedroom windows. Snowdonia is 20 minutes drive away. We don't need a once a year dose of the seaside ~ we live on holiday.
I used to have a handle on life but it broke.
