Plan b.  Snoops goes out and visits one of those places that he has been meaning to visit for the last 10 years but has never quite managed to get there, has lunch at nearby hostelry and spends afternoon doing whatever takes his fancy (within reason) mass murder is not acceptable.  SWWLTBO stays at home with children and cooks Snoops favourite evening meal.
