Just been out to buy a water filter thingy and all the shops are closed...  Shrugs:

They are round here ....but then in inner London not a lot of attention is paid to Christian faith days  8)

Loads of shops open in the village including new shop at the Bay called 'Blush'.  Just been in the new deli - selling Indian food now with free samples!

The open/close decision is down to the square footage of the shops.

The gym was open this morning, although when I looked out of the window there were only 3 cars in the car park.
People have either gone away or think the gym is shut as well.

Well, there was a queue of us outside Tesco at 10am this morning so I wasn't the only one that assumed that the lazy bastards would be opening up... Credit crunch, what credit crunch...?  Shrugs:
