Joe Cool Returns
« on: April 18, 2009, 03:30:09 PM »

Once I have dealt with the 174 emails stacked up for my attention (No ~ not all the senders think I need a bigger dick) I shall, I promise, read my way through the deathless prose, random jottings and accumulated wisdom posted by you all during my week long sojourn in the East Mercian Kingdom of Mort the Unsteady. Whilst I complete this Herculean Task of mucking out the Augean Stables that we know as our site amuse yourselves my lovelies and be assured that I have returned (i) Refreshed (ii) Bored out of my skull with the 24/7 full on family experience (iii) Gasping for a long, cold G&T which, as I type, awaits my full attention. First task through the door was pour drink. Second task was to direct the children to assist their mother in unloading the car (FFS I have just driven it 300 bloody miles and bought them lunch en route) and the third was to check in with the answer-phone and internet for messages. There is also a mountain of post to open.
I used to have a handle on life but it broke.
