Hollywood is in mourning after the body of Warner Brothers star Porky Pig was found this morning at his home in Acalpulco, Mexico where he retired from a 60 year film career a decade ago. The coroner suggests that Porky succumbed to the recent outbreak of the Swine Flu.
Porky, age 78, was found by his life companion Elmer Fudd who immediately called for an ambulance. Porky was pronounced dead at the scene and his body taken to El Morte funeral chapel in downtown Acapulco for services on Tuesday.
Pig, a stalwart actor appeared in over 300 cartoons and was the frequent favourite of fans around the world who waited in line for a chance to see him oink his way into their hearts.
Fans are requested to send condolences to the Armour Meat Packing company where Porky will be made into sausages and pork chops.
