Possibly Greater London but not London London! It is only London London if it is on a tube line. At least that is the way we've always worked it.

Dorking is not London, neither is Epsom, Ewell, Cheam, Sutton, Wallington or Raynes Park etc Just because the trains terminate at Victoria/Waterloo does NOT MAKE THEM LONDON!
