Masks only if you are going to be within 1 metre of person and even then it has to be a fluid retaining mask not the ordinary ones you see most people wearing ( think surgeons mask ) . I hope yours complies Pastis  rubschin: . Masks are therefore not  a realistic preventative measure  noooo:

It's touching things that have a far greater risk. The virus can live for 24 hrs on non organic materials and only 2 on others.

Now you come to mention it, it's the same sort of advice given out regarding preventing the spread of Noro virus on ships. I'm well practised at this...  evil:
Think using elbows (covered) to open doors, turn taps, close taps, close doors... use napkins to handle plates, knives, forks, cruets etc.... I could do training  angel1
