I have to do that with my desktop but my laptop goes straight in.

I set the desktop to do that so that prying kids & wives could not get in here but I forget how I did it. redface:

It was a matter of fiddling with the "History"settings, cookies etc is all I can offer.


PS The Laptop can only be accessed by my fingerprint so I figure that is reasonably safe from other people's eyes.

They could dust your mug, then lift the fingerprint onto sellotape and transpose it to your laptop. Sometimes I think I watch too much telly  ;)
