P'raps it's the start of the solar flares getting all agitated again  rubschin:

I read yesterday that they'll play havoc with sat navs and such like. Forget about local vehicle sat navs; I'm more concerned about ships getting into port  rubschin:

Nowt to worry about. The sun's been unusally quite for a few years now with sunspot minimum lasting longer than expected. Now there are some large sunspot groups appearing and flares are often associated with them. However unless the flare's pointed straight at us and very large the satnav satellites wont be disrupted.

Could a mahoosive solar flare send an Easyjet plane plunging into the Atlantic, like. Just theoretically, like?

Oh yes ~ it's the orange paintwork, attracts the flare like.
