Hi Barman,

Because you are on a shared hosting platform and share 'non ring fenced' resources with other users we had an instance of one users hosting taking up significantly more resources than they should have been. This created issues not just for your but for some other users as well. The only way to resolve issues like this and ensure you have maximum performance would be to move to something like a virtual server that has ring fenced performance assigned to it.
