Hosted in the UK.

It always slows down twixt 4 and 6 BST .... when all the kids get home and log on.

Speeds up again when they have their tea and go about the evening activities.

Mainly not .... most parents see it as an easy option their duty to take their kids to dancing classes, scouts, brownies, kick-boxing lessons etc etc .... poor little b*ggers never get an evening off.

It is barely usable here but I'm not sure if that is caused by the chaos across the island (we only have 60% generating capacity which we are all sharing) or the VP itself... let me know like...
