Glad it is all working to your satisfaction now!  cloud9:

This is the update from the mockingly named 'service centre'...

Updated:
UPDATE 20:47

Everything should now be responding as normal

If you are still experiencing issues please contact us via the usual support methods

UPDATE 17:26

Unfortunately this issue is still ongoing and we are working towards a full resolution

Full updates will be made when we have them

Once again sorry for any downtime experienced with this issue

We are currently experiencing issues in one of the data centers, our technicians are working to restore services as quickly as possible.

Some shared hosting customers will currently be seeing sites responding slowly, while some outbound email services (specifically from websites) may also be affected.

Please note that accessing our Support Questions area of the Control Panel will also be affected.

More information will be posted here as soon as possible

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this has caused.

The slowness is due mainly to BT's lines being copper wires rather than optic fibre. They just can't handle the traffic. Another cause of slowness is that many so called "unlimited" download deals that ISP's sell are secretly monitored under what they call "fair usage" and when they get busy they screw down your speeds. Try going on line at 3 in the morning and the fvcking thing flies like Concorde 'cos there is no-one else on it.

But generally speaking, I personally don't experience download time slowness of this magnitude on most sites I frequent. confused:

Why does this place keep logging me out automatically, and yes, I have pressed the 'keep me logged on' button thingy every time I log back on.
Done it about 15 times tonight , and it's really starting to get RIGHT ON MY TITS now tbqatth. cussing:

It's just done it again! Banghead

...and yet again!! Banghead Banghead

Has someone been fiddlin' with the buttons and stuff?

Nothing .... Repeat ..... Nothing has been altered at the control end.
I have had my paw on the knobs and levers of power (Mwahaha  eveilgrin:) for two days and I promise nothing has been changed.

The only thing I can suggest is that your internet connection or power supply is fluctuating.
