As a child our family were so poor that we couldn't afford shoes.My Mum used to wrap my feet in bubble wrap and ask me to pop to the shops for her.
I’ve started a fitness regime by doing lunges…that’s a big step forward!

My mate lost some fingers in a freak accident.....He asked the doctor if I'd be able to use his hand again..?....he said "Probably, but I wouldn't count on it"........................
