VP Blackout - to do list
« on: May 13, 2009, 04:55:06 PM »
Heaven forbid that we experience another lapse like the past few days but a contingency plan needs to be drawn up in case of emergencies.

GOS - you need to get this pub band organised pronto. Available for all occasions but especially for cheering up the patrons during Easyspace raids

Nick - you need to make a long life cake for when the rations are required

Wenchy - you will need to decorate the venue to cheer us up a bit

DS - you can be in charge of carpet time ( story telling in the corner )  - The Enormous Turnip etc

Pastis - you can organise the exercise for the camp to stop them going stir crazy

Snoops - you can provide pillows ( courtesy of Mrs S (2) - hopefully ) and teach us practical arts

Tel / TMR - you can bring the computer games and darts board

Any other requirements ????

A list of e-mail addresses?

An agreed meeting point in case of emergency?

I am compiling a list of emails for just such an emergency. Better late than never eh?  whistle:

Indeed...

I had a list that I created the last time I did some werk on the bar but I've since deleted it...

How about here as a meeting point?

We can easily start a thread there in case of emergency....

Let's not make too many plans ~ tempting fate and all that. When If the need should arise emails can be sent giving the rendezvous.

It wasn't just me then?  Excellent.
I have always thought that the worst thing about drowning was having to call 'help!' You must look such a fool. It's put me against drowning.

Ahh here you all are, GOS reporting for duty, I have had some weird experiences with trying to log in, I was directed to a porn site, which I found very hard (I should be so lucky) to get out of, then I had a pop-up from Microsoft(?) telling me there was a trojan on my system and then telling  me I had to download a programme to get rid of it. I declined the offer and only the use of alt+ctlr+delete got me away from the offending advisory.

Anyhoo I got a few guys from the band  together and we have been jamming in the smoking pagoda outside waiting for the doors to open again.. pint of lager please BM

I thought it was me  sad24: Went away for a couple of days & when I got back you'd gone, just like mummy & daddy did. Didn't get any redirection just a blank screen.
I couldn't ask for better friends. I could ask for more NORMAL friends, but not better ones.
