Passiflora drops in a glass of water at night before you go to bed. Take more if you awake from nightmares. I have horrific ones and this is the only thing that has ever worked.

Ohhh I also meant to tell you about these accupressure things I got for insomnia! Little sort of stickers with raised plastic "nipples". You stick them in a specific place on the inside of your wrist and they knock you out! Marvelous little suckers. I've discovered they have broken three out five insomnia sessions.

I have always thought that the worst thing about drowning was having to call 'help!' You must look such a fool. It's put me against drowning.

Passiflora drops in a glass of water at night before you go to bed. Take more if you awake from nightmares.

Take 150mL of Talisker before going to bed.

Keep a glass with another 150mL at the bedside and drink it if you awake for any reason.
