Passiflora drops in a glass of water at night before you go to bed. Take more if you awake from nightmares.

Take 150mL of Talisker before going to bed.

Keep a glass with another 150mL at the bedside and drink it if you awake for any reason.
Or simply drink collapso throughout the evening and then, um... collapse.  redface:

I had a brilliant nights sleep last night .....I have been waking up at 4 something in the morning for most of this week  evil: ...however I had about 3 dreams last night . All very vivid

The most alarming one of all was that I had a dream with you lot in it  scared2:. Apparently we were putting on a play in a hooooge old theatre and it was all in swashbuckling period costume . With cast members flouncing around on stage and off and being true to form  lol:

I was not part of the cast but was a backstage hand  whistle: - however I witnessed a real life murder on the staircase ( I won't say which 2 VP characters - 1 was a girly tho eeek: ). Then there were a dozen boxes of fresh cream cakes that were delivered and I had to taste them for you to ensure they weren't poisoned  redface: redface: redface:

The VP character in charge of the orchestra threw an almighty fit because his musicians weren't up to scratch and battered someone over the head with a trombone  eeek:

I will not drink that brand of wine again  noooo: noooo: noooo:

Come along girl, name names.

You can't leave us all wondering about our roles.

I see myself as someone along the lines of Sean Connery, BM as Yul Brynner and Nick as Charles Hawtrey

I mostly despair
